During the project period, we will work out:
- Competence profile for future video teachers, based on EU qualification structures and quality priciples, following the classification of European Skills, Competences, Qualifications and Occupations (ESCO) and DigComp
- Methodology to create an analysis of teacher video skills, competence recognition and training needs identification
- Online video course that will review all the necessary competences defined in the Competence profile, completing the gaps that any teacher needed for a proper transformation of analogic learning units into a full effective digital training
- Video Teaching content for green industry (Solar PV selfconsumption; VideoTeach Solar PV power plants; VideoTeach Solar Thermal; VideoTeach Aerothermal pumps).
