Methodology for creation of Video Teachers Green Industry: analysis of teacher video skills, competences recognition and training needs identification
The VIDEOTEACH project partnership has created an online course for rural VET teachers, focused on the Green industry teaching.
The course units cover the most required competences, such as video speaking techniques, open available software resources, basic hardware equipment, recording and processing competences, innovative tools for digital training, available free video resources, etc…
Many tutorials can be found about video management, how to use videos for different purposes and how to record, process and edit materials.
Moreover, different education techniques and teaching methods are presented, covering camera speaking techniques, showing how to combine the speaking with supporting materials for the classrooms, such as use of slides, use of combined screen and face-video, use of Khan Academy Style videos, storytelling, etc…
Video Teacher self-training video course for green industry
Additionally, project partners and teachers who have participated in the learning activity have developed video contents on topics connected to the green industry. Contents are developed in 5 different modules: Introduction to Green Energy, Thermal Energy, PV in general, PV On-grid, PV off-grid.
