Centre for Advancement of Research and Development in Educational Technology LTD-CARDET, Cyprus is an independent, non-profit, non-governmental, research and development organisation based in Cyprus. It is one of the leading research and development centres in the Euro-Mediterranean region, with global expertise in project design and implementation, capacity building, and e-learning. CARDET is independently affiliated with universities and institutions from Cyprus and around the world, such as the Cyprus Ministry of Education, Culture, Sport and Youth, Yale University, the University of Nicosia, and the International Council of Educational Media. CARDET has completed numerous projects relating to the development of capacity building and planning in education and VET, youth support, adult learning, literacies, digital tools, eLearning, educational technology, and social integration of marginalised groups.

Etelä-Pohjanmaan liitto, Finland | The Regional Council of South Ostrobothnia is a statutory joint municipal authority formed and funded by the 18 municipalities. The Region of South Ostrobothnia is located in Western Finland and has a total population of 195.000 residents. The capital city of the region is Seinäjoki and it has 64.000 residents.

Regional Council has around 30 experts working with e.g. regional planning and development as well as cultural development and internationalisation issues. The core idea of our activities is to stimulate and implement cross-sectoral co-operation benefitting South Ostrobothnia’s citizens, municipalities and region. We work closely with regional, national and international stakeholders and networks.

VIDEOTEACH is the First Erasmus+ funded project we participate to, but we have strong experience of Interreg Baltic Sea and Interreg Europe projects.

INPRO specializes in implementing “tailor-made” professional training for employees and managers, educational projects for adults and seniors from hard-skills to soft-skills and consultation services in management, business, marketing, finance, human resources management, digitization and other areas of corporate governance and entrepreneurship. Moreover, INPRO is active in the field of adult education projects and vocational mobility project financed from public sources, especially from Community programs of the European Union and within the state subsidy policy.

FundeuTAD (Funding EU Training and Development) is an ICT and VET company form by a group of senior experts who have been working on EU cooperation for several years now (Erasmus, Interregs, LIFE, Horizon2020, etc.).

FundeuTAD has a vast experience on e-learning and training, with more than 50 courses being implemented by their staff.
Regarding VET, some of the fields that had been addressed so far are sustainable agriculture, ICT, circular economy, and rural development.

Other FundeuTAD key experiences include processing of data for e-learning and training and the production of teaching material based on attractive content, mainly visual and graphical information. ICT Tools managed by FundeuTAD are key instruments for the new way of sharing knowledge and providing digital training.

Sofia Energy Agency Association, Bulgaria was was established in 2001 under the SAVE II Program of the EU. According to its statute, SOFENA is a non-governmental organization and a non-profit legal entity. Its founders are Sofia Municipality, the State Energy Efficiency Agency, and a number of other entities and representatives of scientific institutes, universities, consumers and business organizations.
The main objectives of SOFENA are to assist municipalities in the development of sustainable energy policies; to establish and develop contacts with related organizations within and outside the EU for transferring of know-how and up-to-date technologies in the area of sustainablity, energy efficiency, and ecology. SOFENA works in co-operation with specialists from Sofia Technical University, the Architecture and Construction University, the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences, and with private companies.
SOFENA is one of the founders of the Association of Bulgarian Energy Agencies – ABEA.

Temizel-Ünlü Mesleki ve Teknik Anadolu Lisesi, Turkey, established in 1998 in Karaman, Turkey, is a public school that provides vocational education to students aged 14-19. In our school, vocational education is given in 5 fields in total, Information Technologies, Electric-Electronic Technology, Industrial Automation Technologies, Chemical Technologies and Renewable Energy Technologies. 556 students provide education with 31 cultural courses and 22 vocational course teachers and 6 administrators. Our school, which has been implementing the Erasmus+ 13 Vocational Education Learner and Staff Mobility project since 2006, was awarded the Vocational Education Learner and Staff Mobility Accreditation Certificate in 2018. Our school which has the KA120-VET Vocational Education Learner and Staff Mobility Accreditation Certificate between 2021-2027, also took part in 4 different KA220 projects.

DIGITALEUS involves direct staff with more than 20 years of experience in the field of education, EU cooperation and project management and evaluation.

DIGITALEUS experts have specific experience with evaluating and monitoring international and national level EU projects and programmes, including evaluation work for European Commission. The expertise further reaches to impact monitoring and project management of EU funded projects within ESF and ERDF national operational programmes.
